  • Alert Preferences: The artists you follow and the events you ask us to watch

  • Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics — collected via PostHog, our privacy-friendly analytics provider — to improve our service (only with your consent)

Public Event Data

  • We source concert, tour, and ticket on-sale information from public sources such as Ticketmaster. This is information about events and artists, not about you.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Presto ticket-alert service
  • Send you email alerts before tickets go on sale for the artists and events you follow (typically 48 hours and 1 hour ahead)
  • Remember the artists you follow and your alert preferences
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Analyze and improve the website and the accuracy of our alerts
  • Send important service updates and notifications
  • Comply with legal obligations

Important: Presto is a free service. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share the artists you follow with advertisers or data brokers.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers strictly to operate Presto:

  • Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure: Operating the website and securely storing your data
  • Authentication Providers: Managing secure sign-in and your session
  • Email Delivery Providers: Sending alert and transactional emails
  • Product Analytics: Measuring aggregated, privacy-respecting usage to improve Presto (PostHog — analytics cookies are only set if you opt in via the cookie banner)
  • Content Generation Tools: Generating event and artist descriptions (we do not share your personal data for this purpose)

All service providers are vetted, bound by data processing agreements, and required to meet appropriate security standards.

Email Alerts and Communications

Presto exists to email you about ticket sales. Here is how we handle that:

  • Alert Emails: We email you about presales and general on-sale dates for the artists and events you choose to follow.
  • Your Control: Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can manage or delete your alerts at any time from your account.
  • Transactional Emails: We may send account-related emails (such as password resets and important service notices) that are necessary to provide the service.
  • No Spam: We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not send third-party advertising emails.

Children's Privacy
